DELIVERY & SETUP INCLUDED
.Professional delivery, setup, safety inspection, and takedown are included with every rental to help make your event simple and stress-free. Please allow 30-45 minutes set up / tear down of equiptment.
WEATHER POLICY
For the safety of guests and equipment, rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe wind conditions, heavy rain, or hazardous setup conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental may receive a refund or credit toward a future booking. Severe weather may qualify for rescheduling or event credit.
WIND & SAFETY POLICY
For safety reasons, inflatables must be immediately vacated and the blower turned off during winds exceeding 15 mph, severe weather, lightning, or hazardous conditions. Safety instructions provided during setup must be followed at all times to help protect guests and equipment.
